Applying for an Apartment:

Please contact our Rental Line at 701-237-3369 concerning vacancies available for rent. Upon determining availability, each adult over 18 must fill out an Application and submit the form, with $45 fee per applicant, to our office at 1401 1st Ave N, Suite B (entry and drop box are on 14th Street side), Fargo.

In the event you are informed by the property manager that a co-signer is needed. The cosigner must fill out an co-signer application and submit it to the property manager with a $45 fee.

Pets in Pet-Friendly buildings:

If you live in a building in which pets are allowed and plan to have a pet, please seek prior-approval before bringing your pet on the premises. You will need to fill out the Pet Agreement form and submit it to your property manager. Other information and regulations regarding having a pet can be found on the pet agreement form.

Assistance and Therapy Animals:

In the event that you are in need of an assistance animal for medical reasons, we will need to have our Professional Medical Animal Form Reasonable Accommodations Agreement, filled out by tenant and prescribing doctor, then submitted to your Property Manager prior to bringing your assistance animal on the premises.

Removing Roommate from a lease:

In the event one or more roommate(s) will be vacating the apartment/home prior to the end of the lease, they may wish to be removed from the lease. In such an event, all individuals on the lease must be in agreement on the removal. A Roommate Release Agreement Form must be signed by everyone on the lease and submitted to the property manager.

Vacating Your Apartment/Home:

Thirty days prior written notice must be submitted in order to vacate the property. Please fill out the 60-Days Notice to Vacate Form, have each person on the lease sign, and submit to your property manager.
